How does it work?

Participants check in at the designated starting location to receive a scorecard and event map. Then, they make their way to various businesses, playing mini-golf and enjoying drink samples at each stop.

Is this event 21+ only?

No. People under age 21 are welcome to participate, but obviously, won’t be drinking. For those drinking, a valid ID is required at check-in. A green wristband will be given to all that are 21 years of age or older regardless of their interest in drinking. A red wristband will be provided for all participants under age 21.

How much do tickets cost and what's included?

There are two ticket options:

  • $200 for a team of four players.
  • $50 per individual if they aren’t a part of a team.
  • For those ages 21 and older, a sampling glass will be provided.
  • All teams and individual participants will receive a score card and course map.
Can I bring my own golf club(s) or ball?

No need! We’ll provide all necessary mini-golf equipment at each hole.

Are tickets refundable?

We will only issue ticket refunds if the Putt & Pour event does not occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as (but not limited to) extreme weather, unavailable power & sewage, at the request of law enforcement, or other large emergency.

Do I need to register in advance?

Yes! We recommend purchasing tickets in advance as the event may sell out. Walk-up registration may be available if space allows.

How long does the event last?

The entire duration of the event is five hours. The average timeframe for completing an entire game is 90 minutes per team.

Is this event dog friendly?

We would prefer you keep your best friends at home to ensure the best experience for all involved.

Where can I park?

Paid on-street parking and municipal lots are available throughout Bellevue for the public. While there is free parking in residential areas, please be aware that it is subject to street sweeping schedules, temporary road closures, parking spot restrictions, and all other borough parking laws and ordinances—so be sure to read signage carefully! We strongly discourage parking in private business lots, as these are reserved for customers and may be subject to towing.

To make your experience as smooth as possible, we highly recommend alternative transportation options! Consider taking public transportation, carpooling with friends, biking, walking if you’re nearby, or using ride-share services like Uber or Lyft. Not only will this save you the hassle of parking, but it also makes for a safer, more convenient event experience. Let’s keep Bellevue walkable, accessible, and fun for everyone!

Will there be food available?

Yes. Bellevue Forward has procured foods from local businesses for participants to try. Some businesses may offer food for purchase, and we encourage you to support our local restaurants before, during, or after the event.

Is there a prize for the best score?

Yes! We’ll have prizes for the top 3 best scores, plus other fun giveaways. You will need to leave your scorecard with the registration desk. Be sure to include your name and phone number on the score card.

Do I have to visit every hole?

Nope! You can visit as many or as few locations as you’d like. However, completing the course increases the quality of your overall experience.

How do I find the different businesses participating?
A digital map will be available for the event. All of the participating businesses are on Lincoln Avenue or adjacent to it. Feel free to ask other businesses and the other participants as well!
What if it rains?

Putt & Pour is a rain-or-shine event. However, in case of extreme weather, we’ll provide updates on rescheduling or modifications.

How can my business participate?

Local businesses not included in the course map may sponsor a hole at a given site along the course for $75. This consists of an 8.5×11 printed advertisement visible on or near the green. If you are interested in sponsoring, contact us.

Can I get multiple pours from the same brewery?
In the interest of providing the best experience for all of our guests, we are only allowing one pour per brewery. Our brewery guests are preparing for a certain number of guests and will only be bringing the necessary amount of beer. We don’t want any of them running out before all of our guests have a chance to sample them. An employee at each stop will check off each brewery visited on the scorecard we provide you. We thank you for understanding our policy.
Can I carry around my sample?

We ask that you try to finish your sample while inside of each location. Volunteers will gladly wash your glass out before you exit.
