…and the 2025 winner is…
This year’s community vote drew 141 total votes, underscoring just how much enthusiasm and neighborhood pride this tradition inspires. Kiersten Ostronic earned the top spot for 108 Teece Avenue, capturing 40 votes—the highest total by a wide margin. Voters consistently praised the home’s overall holiday atmosphere, unique design elements, and use of outdoor space. As Heather Jost summed it up perfectly: “They just LOOK THE BEST! 🎄🔥” The strong turnout for 108 Teece made it the clear favorite this year.
Coming in second, Dana McClain of 100 Sheridan Avenue received 29 votes, thanks to a display that blended visual fun with an interactive experience. Neighbors loved the playful, creative blow-ups, but what truly set this home apart was the ability to tune in from their cars. “I love all the fun and creative blow ups, but I loved that you can listen to their Christmas in your own car radio!” shared Hailey McClain, highlighting how the display transformed a simple drive-by into a memorable holiday moment.
Rounding out the top three is Chad Rittle of 179 N. Sprague Avenue, who earned 9 votes and made a strong return after being last year’s winner. Chad’s continued presence among the finalists speaks to a lasting commitment to festive creativity, with voters once again responding to the vibrancy of the display. Amanda M captured the essence of it simply: “So colorful!” Together, the top three reflect both fresh excitement and familiar favorites—proof that this event is less about competition and more about celebrating community spirit, creativity, and connection.
