Step inside and you’ll find more than just coffee. Danielle, a Bellevue resident, is the talented chef and baker who is running a scratch kitchen focused on comfort foods with a twist, like her gluten-free cornbread with smoked cheddar, hatch chilies, and a honey butter glaze made from locally sourced honey. While some ingredients come from other local providers, much of the food is made in-house with care, making this cafe a deliciously authentic slice of Bellevue.
But Haven Cafe isn’t just about what’s on your plate. It’s about creating a space where people feel at home.
