As a Server and Front-End Manager at Tavern Pizza, Ashley’s welcoming smile and warm demeanor have made her an essential part of the Bellevue experience. Whether you’re a longtime regular or a first-time guest, Ashley makes everyone feel like family.
Ashley’s journey with Tavern Pizza is a unique and special one. Joining the team just 25 days before the transition from Maxwells to Tavern Pizza, she’s been a constant through change, becoming a beloved figure to customers and coworkers. Known for remembering the little details about her regulars, Ashley ensures that every visit to the Tavern is a joyful experience. Her coworkers echo this sentiment, with Sean Palacios calling her “one of the most caring and kindhearted people” he’s ever met, adding, “I call her Aunt Ashley for a reason!”
Her colleagues are quick to highlight Ashley’s incredible energy and unwavering support. Jazmine Schon shares, “She brings great energy to the work environment. You can always count on her in your time of need. Her energy is contagious, and her passion for the people around her is unreal.” Eddie Byas adds, “Ashley is an amazing mother who always puts her son above herself. She is also a wonderful, unselfish friend.”
Ashley is just as devoted at home, spending her time with her son, nieces, nephews, and rescued animals. Her kindness and love for others extend beyond the walls of Tavern Pizza, making her a truly one-of-a-kind individual. Julianna Jurasek says it best: “She’s kind, funny, and sticks up for her work family. Even as a twin, she’s one of a kind.”
