Brickvue Birdwalk

Bellevue Forward is bringing back the Brickvue Birdwalk, a community art project that turns Bellevue’s trees into a gallery of LEGO bird creations. Participants build a bird from LEGO bricks and have it displayed along a self-guided walking tour throughout the borough. The Birdwalk combines creativity, public art, and environmental education, with guides that help visitors explore local trees, birds, and urban ecology while enjoying the displays. It’s a fun way to showcase your creativity and support community programming in Bellevue.

Kamin Science Center welcomes Bellevue landmark

When it opens in celebration of its 35th anniversary on Saturday, Kamin Science Center’s locally iconic 83- by 30-foot Miniature Railroad & Village — which over the years has become peppered with 60 recreations of Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania landmarks — will for the first time include an exact replica of Bellevue’s Andrew Bayne Memorial Library.
